Out in the community at Whilton locks garden centre
We had a lovely morning enjoying cake and drinks and exploring the garden centre.
Pamper afternoon
The ladies enjoyed hand massages and having their finger nails and toe nails painted.

Enjoying using the parachute, lots of smiles and laughter working together with friends.
Dance and movement
A fabulous session with Jane who comes in once a week to do lots of fun things.
